Throwdown in Torah - Birthrights for Bowls

Have you ever made a bad trade? In many ways the story of Jacob and Esau seems ridiculous. A hungry brother, a bowl of red stew, and the trading of a birthright don’t seem to make much rational sense but yet this is our story today. Money, Sex, Power and so many other areas seem to lead to some bad trades. In part two of our series on Jacob we see a warning against giving up what we want most for what we want now. But also a incredible example of grace at work even when we make a poor decision.
