The way of Jesus is not for the faint of heart. That has been proven throughout history, and most certainly through the life and teachings of Jesus himself. To be a disciple is to follow His example, and in this next portion of our time in Matthew, it is clear that these aren’t just nice ideas for a comfortable life. This way of living which will confront the very real aspects of our physical and spiritual lives.
